Mid-Senior .Net Back-End Developer

At Ideaware, we’re building a cross-functional product team that will integrate quickly with our U.S.-based client — an international team operating in the Real Estate Technology space.
We’re looking for a Mid–Senior .NET Backend Developer who can contribute from day one and support the development, scalability, and integration of our platform. You’ll join a fast-paced, product-driven environment where reliability, performance, and system design are critical.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building robust backend systems, designing scalable architectures, and working closely with frontend and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. We’re looking for someone with strong experience in .NET/C#, solid backend fundamentals, and a practical mindset when it comes to system design and integrations. You care about clean, maintainable code, and you’re proactive about using modern tools — including AI-assisted technologies — to improve development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET / C#.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable systems within a SaaS architecture.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams to ensure seamless data and feature integration.
- Design and manage data models, ensuring performance and scalability using SQL Server.
- Support and improve system integrations across different services and platforms.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
- Explore and adopt tools (including AI-driven tools) that improve developer productivity and system quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience with .NET / C# and RESTful API development.
- Experience working within scalable SaaS architectures.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Ability to support frontend and data layer integrations.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (able to communicate effectively in written and spoken form in professional settings).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure or similar cloud environments.
- Exposure to AI-driven services, LLM integrations, and AI automation.
