Senior Ad Creative & Social Designer
What we’re looking for
At Ideaware we are seeking a Senior Ad Creative & Social Designer to join one of our international clients, who is transforming how physical therapy is delivered by bringing high-quality, in-home outpatient care to patients across the U.S. They work with experienced clinicians, leverage modern technology, and design patient experiences that are simple, human, and effective.
As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a senior-level designer to help them expand their creative output across paid media, social, web, and lifecycle channels. This is a highly hands-on role focused on designing, editing, and iterating performance-driven creative for paid advertising, social media, and lifecycle email.
You’ll own creative execution end to end—from concept to final asset—working closely with growth, paid media, and lifecycle teams to test, learn, and scale what works. The ideal candidate is fast, resourceful, and deeply understands how the creative impacts performance.
Responsibilities
- Design high-impact creative for paid media across platforms, including:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Display & YouTube
- Glassdoor and other recruiting platforms
- Create static, motion, and short-form video ads optimized per platform
- Develop multiple variations per concept (hooks, formats, copy angles)
- Produce cut-downs and first-3-second variants for creative testing
- Rapidly iterate based on performance insights and testing results
- Design organic and paid social content at scale
- Support high-volume creative production for ongoing experimentation
- Adapt concepts quickly across formats, aspect ratios, and channels
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and production
- Edit short-form video using stock footage, motion elements, and lightweight animation
- Create multiple video variants with different hooks, pacing, overlays, and CTAs
- Optimize videos for TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices
- Support ongoing video needs across performance and acquisition campaigns
- Design and build marketing and lifecycle emails directly in HubSpot
- Create reusable email templates and visual components
- Ensure emails are accessible, readable, and optimized across devices
- Partner with lifecycle marketers to support ongoing campaigns and experiments
- Partner closely with paid media, growth, and lifecycle teams
- Translate performance data into creative hypotheses and new concepts
- Balance speed, quality, and experimentation
Qualifications
Required Experience- Senior-level designer with strong hands-on execution skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong experience designing ad creative for paid social and digital platforms
- Proven ability to produce high volumes of creative with fast turnarounds
- Experience building and editing emails in HubSpot
- Advanced experience using Canva, including animation tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required; Photoshop expected)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- English B2 or above
- Highly resourceful and self-directed
- Comfortable moving fast, testing often, and iterating quickly
- Performance-minded and curious about what drives results
- Excited about new tools, emerging platforms, and AI-powered workflows
- Collaborative, communicative, and open to feedback
- Experience in tech, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Light motion graphics experience beyond Canva
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA)
- Startup or high-growth marketing team experience
- Figma
- Canva (advanced usage)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus)
- Stock photo and video libraries
- HubSpot
- Project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Slack)
