What we’re looking for

Join an amazing urban mobility company that operates in the US and UK as their Ad Operations and Product Manager, thriving at the crossroads of execution and innovation. You'll be responsible for both running and evolving the infrastructure behind the digital media products, including Taxi TV, The Journey Connect (mobile), The Array (dashboard), and programmatic platforms.

You'll oversee the full lifecycle of direct-sold and programmatic ad campaigns across the in-ride media network. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, optimization, and organization—from trafficking campaigns and managing content schedules to supporting PMP deals and liaising with programmatic partners.

You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless ad delivery, from creative QA to proof-of-play documentation, while also contributing lightly to platform improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Direct-Sold & Content Management

  • Traffic and schedule direct-sold campaigns using the in-house ad server.
  • Manage video asset intake, naming, formatting, and QA.
  • Build and update content rotation schedules, fallback logic, and creative transitions.
  • Provide inventory availability checks to support sales proposals.
  • Monitor live campaigns for pacing and delivery accuracy.
  • Capture proof-of-play screenshots and compile final delivery reports.
     

- Programmatic Support

  • Set up and manage PMP deal tokens and coordinate deal parameters.
  • Monitor CPM performance, pacing, and open exchange activity.
  • Liaise between internal teams and programmatic partners to troubleshoot issues and ensure creative compliance.
  • Review incoming creative assets for adherence to technical and brand guidelines.
  • Support backend setup for new SSP/DSP integrations and light testing.
     

- Light Product Work

  • Identify operational pain points or manual processes to be streamlined.
  • Assist with QA testing for ad tools and internal scheduling platforms.
  • Provide feedback on user experience and feature needs for ad server improvements.
  • Help document basic internal workflows or new process rollouts.

Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of experience in ad operations, digital trafficking, or programmatic media delivery.
- Strong experience with ad servers, video formatting, and creative QA.
- Familiarity with SSPs, DSPs, PMP setup, and open exchange monitoring.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfort managing both direct-sold and programmatic campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating across departments, including sales, account management, and engineering.

Bonus

- Exposure to DOOH or mobility media, and experience working within product or QA environments.
