Ad Operations and Product Manager

Join an amazing urban mobility company that operates in the US and UK as their Ad Operations and Product Manager, thriving at the crossroads of execution and innovation. You'll be responsible for both running and evolving the infrastructure behind the digital media products, including Taxi TV, The Journey Connect (mobile), The Array (dashboard), and programmatic platforms.
You'll manage end-to-end ad ops tasks—campaign QA, trafficking, pacing, troubleshooting—and contribute as a product manager in shaping the future of the media suite. You'll partner closely with business development, sales, and engineering, ensuring both flawless delivery today and smarter product development tomorrow.
This is a role for someone who is both detail-oriented and visionary, equally comfortable checking ad tags and writing user stories, managing campaign pacing, and mapping out next-gen features. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ad operations across mobile ad products, ensuring campaigns are launched, tracked, and reported flawlessly.
- Serve as the key liaison between media operations and product teams, helping shape roadmap priorities through direct operational insights.
- Review and approve incoming programmatic ad creatives to ensure they meet technical and brand standards.
- Define product requirements, write user stories, and assist in sprint planning alongside engineering.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance and media system workflows.
- Stay on top of industry trends to inform both product innovation and revenue strategy.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in ad operations, product management, or a hybrid media/tech role.
- Hands-on familiarity with digital advertising tools, programmatic platforms, or DOOH ecosystems.
- Experience in agile environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you thrive in data and dashboards.
- Proven ability to translate operational pain points into product improvements.
Bonus
- SQL proficiency, experience with mobile app media delivery, or exposure to OOH/DOOH tech.
