What we’re looking for

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to work closely with our marketing team to ensure seamless web/mobile design and successfully implement UX/UI best practices and principles across all our digital platforms. This role also involves creating marketing and design assets for social media, internal communications, and company events. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software, wireframe tools, and a strong eye for visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
- Design marketing assets for social media, internal communication materials, and event-related visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

 

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience designing products that real users have used.
- Experience in Marketing and content creation.
- Ability to create compelling visual content for social media, internal communications, and events.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design and marketing design work.
- Ability to conduct user research, analyze research findings, create wireframes and user flows, sketch high-fidelity mockups, create prototypes, and conduct usability tests.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas effectively.
- Keen eye for detail and creativity in solving complex user experience problems.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite is a must-have.
- English: B2 or above.
